GrimdarkDB is a community of passionate Warhammer fans sharing their experiences with Games Workshop video games. To maintain a welcoming and constructive environment, we ask all members to follow these guidelines when posting reviews, ratings, and comments.

Be Respectful

Treat fellow community members with respect and courtesy:

• No racism, sexism, homophobia, or discrimination of any kind
• No personal attacks, insults, or harassment
• No hate speech or content promoting violence
• Respect differing opinions – it's okay to disagree constructively
• Remember there's a real person behind every username

Quality Content

Help us maintain high-quality discussions:

• Write honest and authentic reviews based on your own experience
• Stay relevant to the game you're reviewing
• Provide constructive criticism – explain why you like or dislike something
• Use spoiler warnings when discussing plot details
• Write in a language others can understand – avoid excessive jargon

Prohibited Content

The following content is not allowed:

• Spam, repetitive content, or meaningless posts
• Advertising, self-promotion, or commercial content
• Links to piracy, illegal downloads, or malware
• Copied or plagiarized content from other sources
• Content unrelated to gaming or Warhammer
• Manipulation of ratings through fake accounts or coordinated voting
• Sharing personal information of others (doxxing)

Spoiler Policy

We want everyone to enjoy games unspoiled:

• Always mark reviews containing major plot spoilers
• Use the spoiler checkbox when submitting your review
• Don't put spoilers in review titles
• Consider using vague descriptions for recent releases

Enforcement

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

• Warning for minor or first-time violations
• Temporary suspension for repeated violations
• Permanent ban for severe or persistent violations
• Removal of offending content without notice

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the report function. Our moderators will review all reports and take appropriate action. Thank you for helping keep our community safe and welcoming.
